ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (APP): In a captivating fusion of art, narrative and empowerment, the Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) unveiled its latest exhibition “Sugar and Spice,” a celebration of the multifaceted experiences of women across Pakistan.
The event will be featuring the works of nine extraordinary artists.
